This Privacy Policy describes how Helix Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile app Twhirleds (the “App”).

本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルアプリTwhirleds（トワールズ）（以下「本アプリ」）に関連して、Helix Software（以下「当社」）がどのように情報を取り扱うかについて説明するものです。

1. No Data Collection; 個人情報の収集なし

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information (such as name, email, phone number, or address).
We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, or location data.
We do not share user data with any third party.

当社は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの個人情報を一切収集・保存・送信しません。
利用状況分析データ、デバイス識別子、位置情報なども収集しません。
ユーザーデータを第三者と共有することはありません。

2. Data Safety Statement; データ安全に関する声明

Because we collect no data, we do not process, store, or transmit any user information to servers or external services.

当社はデータを一切収集しないため、ユーザー情報をサーバーや外部サービスに処理・保存・送信することはありません。

3. External Links / Third-Party Services; 外部リンク・第三者サービス

If the App ever includes links to external websites or integrates third-party components (for example, analytics or ads), those parties may have their own privacy policies. Currently, Twhirleds contains no advertisements, no SDKs, and no third-party analytics.

将来的に本アプリが外部ウェブサイトへのリンクや第三者サービス（例：分析・広告など）を組み込む場合、それらの第三者には独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用される可能性があります。現在のところ、Twhirledsは広告を表示せず、外部SDKを使用せず、第三者解析も行っていません。

4. Children; お子様の利用について

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). Since no data is collected, parental consent procedures are not applicable.

本アプリは13歳未満（または法域により定められた年齢未満）の児童を対象として設計されているものではありません。データを収集していないため、保護者の同意取得手続きは不要です。

5. Changes to This Policy; 本ポリシーの変更

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future if the App’s functions change. When significant changes occur, we will update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, notify users (for example, through App Store release notes).

将来的にアプリの機能が変更される場合、本プライバシーポリシーを改訂することがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、「最終更新日」を更新し、必要に応じて（例：ストアの更新情報で）ユーザーに通知します。
